Shipping & Return Policies

Due to health codes, we cannot accept returns for items including but not limited to panties/thongs, corsets, costumes, shorts, skirts, apparel sets with g-string or thongs, rompers, swimwear or any clothing with any sign of wear.

If the item that you would like to return is not listed above, you may request a Return Authorization within 10 days of your order or within 3 days of delivery via email to info allthingspoledancing@gmail.com.

In order for a return to be accepted, the garments must be unworn, unlaundered, unaltered, with no signs of wear (deodorant) and in its original packaging with the original tags attached. Any garment that is returned that does not meet these requirements will be refused or a 15% restocking fee will apply.

If the garment(s) meet these guidelines provided, place the item(s) in the packaging in which it arrived. If you do not have the original packaging, place the item in a sturdy box to prevent damage while in transit. We are not responsible for damage to products in transit back to us. To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a pre-paid, insured and trackable carrier such as UPS, FedEx or Certified Mail.

Once we have received & approved the package, you will be notified via email and the funds will be credited back via PayPal or you will be provided with store credit, this process will be completed by within 12 business days. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Your return must be received within 14 days of the receipt of return authorization. Please note that allthingspoledancing.com may refuse any return if it does not meet the return guidelines. All Specials and Closeouts are final sale items.

Items that are sent back to without a RA# will be refused and “Returned to Sender”.
